Davies High Plain Adventure

Nestled on the edge of the Kosciusko National National in NSW, our convoy headed south from Khankoban.

Geehi's bush huts were badly burnt in the 2003 bushfires, but time has shown how the goodwill of the locals has helped to restore some of these old huts.

Back in Victoria after driving through the Murray River at Tom Groggin, we climbed up onto Davies Plain to take in the breathtaking views from Mt Pinnibar. as well as the Davies Plain hut.

Our trip this weekend, took us through 1,700 metres where the bushfires have decimated many of the lovely snowgums.

After a camp on Limstone Creek, we finished our 3 day trip by exploring Hells Hate Hole and the mountainous terrain near Swifts Creek.
